- Core Vaccination Series as Recommended by Your Veterinarian (May Include DHPP/ Rabies/ Bordetella/ Leptospirosis)
- Heartworm/Tick Borne Disease Test
- 2 Six Month Doses of Heartworm Prevention (Proheart 6 Injections)
- Unlimited Nail Trims *Additional Fees May Apply for Pets Requiring Sedation or Extra Restraint*
