Dr Matt & his team are a very compassionate & knowledgeable group. I had an emergency situation & they saw me immediately. Dr Matt was very honest with me about the situation & options available. While the final outcome was not ideal, he & his staff explained everything very thoroughly and were extremely caring & compassionate through the whole process. They are a wonderful veterinarian option for Bettendorf.
I've been bringing my two dogs to this clinic for the past two years, both for preventative care and any acute issues that come up. The staff is always caring and attentive, and they seem to intuitively understand my pets' needs. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always available for any questions or concerns regarding my dog. Lobby is clean, calm, and welcoming. During appointments the techs and doctors really take the time to focus on my dog and listen to my concerns. We always feel like family at Maplewood. Not to mention my husky gets so excited when we pull in to the parking lot knowing he will be the center of attention.
We’ve been going to Maplewood since we moved to the area. The doctor sees our dog and cat. We’ve always been greeted with nice staff and have always enjoyed our experience with the doctor and techs. Super clean, nice space, and convenient location! The prices are what I would expect for a practice that doesn’t cut corners. My FIL is a retired veterinarian and this Maplewood is a place we trust after getting his two cents!
