- 4 Developmental Wellness Exams
- Additional Unlimited Examinations to be Used as Needed
- Intestinal Parasite Fecal Exam
- Deworming Treatment (Roundworms, Hookworms, Whipworms, and Tapeworms)
- Core Vaccination Series as Recommended by Your Veterinarian (May Include DHPP/Rabies/Bordetella/Leptospirosis)
- Heartworm/Tick Borne Disease Test
- 2 Six Month Doses of Heartworm Prevention (Proheart 6 Injections)
- Unlimited Nail Trims *Additional Fees May Apply for Pets Requiring Sedation or Extra Restraint*
